The main goal of this research is to examine the use of Business Intelligence (BI) by Samsung Tableau in specific including how BI tools from this company has helped many other organizations achieve competitive advantage; the challenges of implementing and maintaining BI, and prospects with regards to the use of BI.
Technological advancement has been playing a critical in the management and productivity in a business organization. As much as there is an emerging need for technology in business, there are various business activities that are posing a challenge to the success of the business. Business has however experienced different challenges as well as opportunities that are posed by the growing technology (Conrad, 2019). Over the last few decades, companies and business organizations have been using the conventional ways of doing business which sometimes poses a great challenge in the routine management of the business. The industry has been experiencing dynamism in their routine management. The global market is also changing with increasing technology. This being the case. Therefore, there is a need to embrace and implement the various strategies that can help the business to penetrate the international market. Various technologies are emerging with advancement that can be used in business organizations to improve their functions. The use of technology is usually responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of the business to achieve its overall success.
Every business aims at improving sales and meeting the customer’s demands and hence satisfying the market at large. However, Samsung has an opportunity, to improve their products and maintain their customers and hence maintain the market.
